Prototype RDF dataset derived from RaMP content for SPARQL-based exploration of metabolite-centered biology. It includes a subset of 100 metabolites and their connected proteins, reactions, pathways, metabolite classes, and reaction-class hierarchy.

Current contents: 100 metabolites, 1,307 proteins, 6,032 reactions, 59,361 pathways, 968 reaction classes, and 93 metabolite classes, plus the relationships among them. The current prototype contains 2,028,838 RDF triples and is intended for evaluation of querying, linked-data structure, and external sharing.

This prototype is intentionally scoped and does not include the HMDB ontology content present in RaMP, nor does it include RaMP chemical property fields for metabolites.
